Account Information

When you register for Optmazon, we collect your name, email address, and company information necessary to provide our services.

Amazon SP-API Data

With your authorization via OAuth 2.0, we access data from the Amazon Selling Partner API, including:

• Product catalog and listing information
• Order and sales performance metrics (aggregated, no buyer PII)
• Inventory levels and fulfillment data
• Search Query Performance (SQP) reports
• Brand Analytics data

Amazon Advertising API Data

With your authorization, we access data from the Amazon Advertising API, including:

• Campaign structures, budgets, and targeting settings
• Keyword performance and bid data
• Search term reports
• Advertising cost and revenue metrics

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any buyer personally identifiable information (PII). We do not collect individual customer names, addresses, payment information, or browsing behavior of Amazon shoppers.

• OpenAI API — We send anonymized, aggregated performance data to the OpenAI API to generate optimization recommendations. No personally identifiable information or raw buyer data is shared with OpenAI.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS with data centers located in the United States.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption at rest: AES-256 encryption for all stored tokens and sensitive data
• Encryption in transit: TLS 1.3 for all data transfers
• Authentication: OAuth 2.0 for Amazon API access — we never store your Amazon credentials

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for a maximum of 90 days from the date of collection. After this period, data is automatically purged from our systems. When you revoke API access or delete your account, all associated data is deleted within 30 days.

• Deletion: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data

9. Cookies & Tracking

Optmazon uses essential cookies required for platform functionality (session management, authentication state). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers. Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect anonymized page view data.

10. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information or Amazon account data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering the breach, in accordance with applicable law. Notification will be provided via the email address associated with your Optmazon account.
