How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your Optmazon account and all associated data, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your Optmazon account.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your data deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Account information — Your email, name, and any registration data
- API tokens — All stored OAuth tokens for Amazon SP-API and Advertising API access
- Campaign data — All advertising campaign data, keyword data, and performance metrics synced from your Amazon accounts
- Optimization history — All recommendation logs, bid adjustment history, and pricing optimization records
- Analytics data — All SQP reports, brand analytics, and conversion data associated with your account
Timeline
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. During this period, your account access will be immediately suspended.
Important Notes
- Data deletion is irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
- We recommend revoking API access from your Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console in addition to submitting a deletion request.
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked to your account may be retained for service improvement purposes.
